So in my last post, I said I had 10 lbs to lose before starting Clomid, but it was actually 11 lbs. So, I went to the gym yesterday and worked out after school. I’m determined to shed those lbs pretty quickly… And taking Metformin, the weight comes off a lot faster than usual.
So after 1 day of working out and eating healthier… I’m down 2 lbs. Let’ hope it keeps coming off like this. I’m hoping by February 2nd I’ll have reached my goal. I can do it!
On a side note, I have been taking the extended release metformin, and I really like it much better. I haven’t had one nasty side effect yet (which is a far cry from the other)!
I can’t get to the gym today, so I’m at least going to run/walk. Wish me luck… I’m hoping to at least do something while I’m stuck at the house! All for baby!
Even if you’re “puttering” around the house doing chores, it burns a surprising amount of calories! And if you can, you can drink “spa water” (google or Pinterest recipes) and it boosts your metabolism, allowing you to burn more as well! Good luck
